I was born in San Diego on March 23, 1992. I have grown up and lived in San Diego my whole life. My parents are Chris and Leslie Watters, who were also born and raised in San Diego, and are where they still reside today. I am the youngest of three brothers; my oldest brother Bryan is 25, and is married with their first child. He is pursuing his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering at SDSU. My middle brother, Kevin, has just recently married, and has graduated UCSD with a degree in Aerospace engineering. I am 19 years of age, and I have completed one year of college at Grossmont Community College. I hold two black belts in martial arts; one is in Taekwondo, and the other is in Krav Maga, an Israeli military self-defense. I was raised Catholic and have been a part of multiple parishes throughout my life including Our Lady of the Rosary, St. Ephrem Maronite Rite, and Our Lady of Perpetual Help. For the last two years I have spent my time at OLPH as a server, lector, and Eucharistic minister as I continued to discern God’s will and apply to seminary. I am currently enrolled in the priestly formation program and am attending Mesa College where I will finish my general education classes, and eventually transfer to the University of San Diego where I will pursue philosophy and theology.
